We are living in a time of unprecedented instability: unstable finances, unstable viruses, unstable health, unstable emotions—the list goes on. These uncertainties have led to the breakdown and collapse of numerous individuals, organizations, and nations. In a changing world, there is One who never changes and remains sovereign over all.
We cannot predict what will happen to us today or tomorrow. However, our stability does not arise from the security of our environment but from the faithfulness of God, in whom we trust. No matter how bad things appear, we can be at peace, for we know that nothing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Now unto Him who is able to keep us from falling, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, both now and forever.
