“Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at the posts of my doorway.” – Proverbs 8:34

The pursuit of God’s wisdom is a lifelong journey, not a momentary gain. Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 8:2 that the one who thinks he knows something does not yet know as he ought to know. True wisdom is not gained in an instant but is cultivated daily as we draw near to Christ.

The more we know of Him, the more our hearts long for deeper knowledge. The more we grow in Him, the more our love increases. And the more we love Him, the greater our desire becomes to hear His voice. Jesus says His sheep listen to His voice, and that is the voice we eagerly wait for each day. Each morning in His presence is a fresh joy, a time to soak in His Word and find strength for the challenges ahead. God’s wisdom not only satisfies but also stirs in us a longing for more of Him.
