Jesus was on a mission to transform the world. He went around proclaiming the kingdom of God, calling people to repentance and a change of heart. He drove out demons, raised the dead and exposed religious hypocrisy. Even amidst such a profound mission, the disciples didn’t hesitate to bring up what seemed like a trivial matter—Simon’s mother-in-law’s fever.
Nothing that concerns you is too insignificant for Jesus. He is deeply interested in every detail of your life. He longs to be a part of your daily journey. Sadly, we often find ourselves so preoccupied with figuring out life’s countless little issues that we neglect to turn to God. In doing so, we miss the chance to witness His hand at work even in the smallest matters of our lives. So remember – there is no problem of yours that is too great for Jesus to resolve, and no issue too minor for Him to overlook.
